JEE Main Strategy Notes

Physics Strategy

Mechanics, Electrostatics and Modern Physics are highest-weightage. Avoid guessing — negative marking is heavy (+4/−1).

Chemistry Strategy

Organic chemistry is the most scoring section. Inorganic and Physical are time-efficient but need accuracy.

Mathematics Strategy

Calculus and Algebra dominate. Practice numerical-type questions separately — they carry no negative marking.
